Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping

Systems ship by either small package carrier (UPS) or LTL truck freight carriers, depending on system size. Our team will calculate shipping cost and then you'll be able to choose residential or commercial shipping and select a carrier with a variety of transit days. Your shipment price includes full insurance. All Texas-bound shipments may be subject to applicable sales tax if not exempt. For credit card purchases, shipping address must match the billing address on record with the provider.

International Shipping

At this time, all international-bound shipments must be prepaid with wire transfer only. International customers are responsible for the forwarder to get your product to its destination. Most shipments will ship to a US based forwarder from the TSP warehouse. Contact our sales team if you have questions about your location qualifying for door to door shipping or if you would like to discuss options.

 

Returns & Replacements

We are more than happy to help you with your return needs. However, you MUST obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) #, prior to returning items to us. Items returned without an RMA# will be refused. In order to obtain a RMA, please contact our office at 830‐995-3600. Customer returns, where the items are functioning but are not needed or ordered incorrectly, must be shipped with freight prepaid and insured, to arrive back to us within in 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee is assessed on all customer return orders. All items must be in their original container, including packing and manuals, to be able to return to stock.

We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, wire transfer, and check in advance.

After your order is placed, you will receive a sales order confirmation via email.
